Italian fashion house Marni launches it's exclusive colourful chairs
Marni's bold and beautiful chair collection brought a magnificent burst of colour to the Milan Furniture Show last April, as part of the fundraising L'Arte del Ritratto.
Each of the chairs were hand crafted by former prison inmates, a playing part in a professional reintegration scheme before facing the world in the italian fashion boutiques to help many charitable organisations.
The collection of chairs featured again at Design Miami 2012 from 5-9 September as the fashion house had the collection specially recreated, showcasing 125 of the original colours and models before hitting the Marni boutiques and to raise money for the Service Network For Children Of Inmates, which supports young people whose parents are serving time. A stunning collection, for a great cause.
